- To build a new website whereby they can update the contents themselves.
- To create a clean, minimalist-style concept yet attractive in design.
- To minimise scroll-down, if possible to feature the frontpage content into one screen with no scrolling.
- To minimise left menu items, if possible to include Suckerfish menu as the option for the left menu. No top menu to maintain a clean concept.
- This is a purely information website, thus website membership drive and login feature from the font-end is not needed.
- If flash elements are to be used, it should not slow down the website downloading time.
